"It's a good job, but have to upgrade our knowledge on different automation tools."
"I like the hands-on I had with this job. I got to troubleshoot, look for engineering design errors, manufacturing errors, product performance errors, I got to program - I loved it. As an SQA I learned how to audit, perform spec analysis for conformance - and surprisingly, there was a great deal of technical writing. What I disliked (hate is such a bad word) - was when engineers thought I was out to get them fired - when all I was doing was just trying to improve the products and the process. Another thing I was disappointed in - was how this limited my career towards only being able to do work like this. I know I am more versatile than this - but when job hunting now - you get 'boxed-in' like this - and it seems to put limits your mobility and diversity - unfortunately."
"Very flexible graphic and good teams."
"Would like to find issues and release the software without issues"
"I love to find issues and release the software without any issues."
"I love testing the limits of new software, finding issues with it and being apart of the development process. The most frustrating thing in QA is an occasional lack of communication between developers and the QA team. This sometimes results in bugs not getting fixed, testing areas of the application that are not to be tested, etc."
"Nothing to hate and everything to love about being a Software QA Engineer II."
"I love my job. I love what I am doing every day. I am a highly motivated professional person. I would like to be someone who can make difference in Software QA."
"I love to be a Software Quality Engineer."
"Excitement of finding issues before they reach clients or production. The creative communication process between developers, QA and Project leadership is rewarding. Creating ticketing, and testing is something that never gets old. Been doing this for over a decade and still rewarding."
"Over the last decade automated coding, which is strictly a developer's forte, is getting grouped in with QA Testing, and QA are separate and although QA should have a hand in running, reporting and how the automations are set with constant changing iOS, Android and cloud applications are bringing back the time of manual and more hands-on testing."
"Passionate to find new bugs in the system and hate people who say QA is not interesting."
"I am passionate about software QA, I love to find hidden bugs. And what I hate is people who think that software QA is not challenging work to do."
"Yes I would love to work the same."
"I have had the chance to work with this company for close to four years and I must say that this experience is fulfilling. I go to bed knowing that I saved some lives and it gives me more energy to put into my work."
