"dont bother, you are in the middle of no where and nothing to do. no amount of money is worth wasting your time here"

"no structure most decisions were made on the fly.questionable methods for choosing supervisionperformance did factor in decisions regarding employees, most were decided by popularity contestsplacement of trainees into teams was questionable at bestno evaluation of leads, most were incompetent shield was placed between the software consultants and upper management, nothing made it past the leads"

"evaluate every team on bI weekly basis using one on one interviews to make sure they know what is going on and not just saying what they feel is what is everyone wants to hearlet team members evaluate leadsteam members should be assigned to projects according to performance not by who is friends with who or most popular."

"This was a small company, so the compensation was not very great. However, this is mostly a product of budgetary issues, not unwillingness."
