Workload is oppressive as people are constantly quitting. Clients have zero respect for product and do not feel supported by company. Many illegal practices (software piracy, etc.) I wish zero stars was an option."

What do you like about working at SofTech?
"Bells Softech was a great place learn and be exposed to new technologies. As a software developer who was pretty early in his career this was a great place to work and be exposed to new technologies and processes. I worked through some very interesting and challenging projects while I was a Bells Softech. Also it was a great work environment as I was able to easily aproach my seniors and peers and learn a lot from them."
