"I like the great reputation of the company. We have access to a lot of great events happening in town."

"Learn to be flexible and have an open schedule. We have events all nights of the week and many go late, late into the night."
What don't you like about working at Niche Media?
"Leadership changes often. Also, because we also own the newspaper, we don't get holidays off. We have to use our vacation time."

"Listen to the employees ideas and frustrations. Always be honest and your workers will trust you."
