"The people at the company have a very strong sense of ethics. They all are very committed to making it work for the client and will always go the extra yard to make things work."

"You may want to find a territory that is more conducive to their marketing and PR approach than their home base. Be in a market where local businesses see a potential in Internet Marketing."
What don't you like about working at Social Impact?
"Unfortunately, what they sell is a system that requires continual input from the clients to be successful and is expensive to set up. Not only is the initial sale very difficult, particularly in their market, but maintaining client input to make the program work is even harder as the clients do not seem to want to be actively involved in their own marketing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"While the concept is solid and should work, they need to find a way to either ease clients into the full program, or a way to make it less expensive to the client."
