"SecurityNational Mortgage is a midsized mortgage lender based in Utah. I found the corporate culture here to be very employee friendly, with upper and middle management going out of their way to help employees at all levels achieve their potential within their positions. HR does a good job of making new employees feel welcomed, training is ongoing and management is receptive to suggestions. Advancement is available for many positions and the company as a whole is very stable."
