"Working for snapIoT has been a ride, exposing me to the fast-paced environment of a company looking for a foot in the market. We changed names twice and have shifted focus on technology and market space multiple times. The immediate team is awesome to work with but comes with growing pains from the company. Management is also feeling the stress of growing fast but compensation and lack of acknowledgment does not help attract or retain talent."
