"Great company that is employee focused. Limited scope of roles within the information technology sector. However, if you are focused within the Networks infrastructure or Systems infrastructure realms of IT then SMS could work well. If hired the management works hard to make sure you are taken care of as you work offsite in most cases."

"Higher management cared only for money and results. Tell them anything, just get the money. Do anything, just find their soft spot and get the sale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't high pressure, tell them the truth, ask hard honest questions and listen to their answer. They will lead you if they think they can trust you. Closing is much easier if you get them excited."
