"Smiths medical is a good company for the average person. It is not a company that promotes based on skills, it is a structure is based on a small group of people who are not qualified or educated to make ethical choices. The structure needs to be based on the most skilled people to fill those positions. sorry it sounds so bad, i am a hard worker who believes i am paid to do a job and that is what i will do. I lead by example. I do my job and try to be the best i can"

Smiths Medical Employee

"I have worked for Smiths Medical for 2 years. In that time I learned a great deal about being a Manufacturing Engineer. That said I feel that the current environment is very turbulent. Both my boss and my boss's boss had left the company to seek better employment. And my ability to advance in the company is severely limited by the over compartmentalization the company operates in. Inter-department operations are hampered by the constant reallocation of work because of unfilled positions."
