It is not a company that promotes based on skills, it is a structure is based on a small group of people who are not qualified or educated to make ethical choices. The structure needs to be based on the most skilled people to fill those positions. sorry it sounds so bad, i am a hard worker who believes i am paid to do a job and that is what i will do. "I don't like that I am contract now so I don't have any security or benefits. I did have them previously with them and they were great."

"I was first exposed in the validation engineering field thru conducting IQ, OQ, and PQs, which I enjoyed very much, especially the report writing."

"The company did not grow as much as I expected in the three and a half years I've been with them."

"To look for more markets to distribute their product so they can grow the company."
