"Since I've worked at SSR, I've seen offices close and numerous employees leave on their own accord. I feel that the economy is part to blame for this, but the company is making strides to bring together it's employees across the firm (offices locate throughout the SE United States and Colorado). There just seems to be disconnect between their headquarters and satellite offices, and I wish the company's operations were a little more transparent. I also feel that the employees are only encouraged to advance themselves if it fits the company's current needs, not looking into the future for possible opportunities."
