"It was a smaller company which made it easier to learn about other departments and cross train. Also, I felt like the managers there were approachable. As an intern, I felt like they did value our work and that we were a necessity to the group."

"Be enthusiastic and ask questions. Be willing to work hard."

"My job involved a lot of busy work which didn't allow me to pursue other avenues of interest or growth."
