"The great support structure, great people. Good learning programs, and commission structure Long term potential is capped due to our position in the ecosystem. We are mostly a spot buying provider, so cyclical market can greatly affect sales cycle."

"Great company to work for and was looking to retire from there. I am looking for a career not a job.Smith does not have a very well defined management structure. Most of the time this works but there is no motivation to climb the ladder. I was in sales so no real desire to do this but there was no clear path to management.Overall I loved the people I worked with and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sales job. Just know going in that you will be what you are, SALES."
