"Great company to work for and was looking to retire from there. I am looking for a career not a job.Smith does not have a very well defined management structure. Most of the time this works but there is no motivation to climb the ladder. I was in sales so no real desire to do this but there was no clear path to management.Overall I loved the people I worked with and would recommend it to anyone looking for a sales job. Just know going in that you will be what you are, SALES."

"Be prepared to take the lead, since you will do most of the work yourself because of improper management. This includes planning, material procurement, understanding what is involved with the job, and the billing, because they are clueless."
