"I started at Smart Warehousing straight out of college in 2008. They were a very small company then, less than ten full time employees and I was the first IT hire. Since then Smart has grown drastically and now employs nearly 100 full time employees and has branches across the country as well as Canada. Smart provides third party logistics, supply chain management, warehousing and a variety of services including SaaS. In May, 2014 Smart Warehousing licenses its first warehousing franchise."
"I've worked for Smart Warehousing since I graduated in 2008. In the last six years I have gained experience in a broad selection of technologies and non-IT logistics issues. The company has grown from about ten employees when I started in 2008 to around 100 today and has branches nationwide as well as Canada. As of May, 2014 Smart Warehousing has been franchising their warehousing methodologies to local warehouses nationwide."
"I found it difficult to enjoy the working environment. They apparently valued the employees who could effectively fill their cubicle more than the work they were performing. The employees appeared to be beaten down and afraid to speak up or debate the boss. It appeared to be a fluke that the business had so many customers. It looked ripe for competition but there was none."
