"I worked for SmartAction for nearly two years. I found the work environment oppressive, controlling and condescending. They love to pay you in fake money (worthless stock options) or otherwise under-market whilst working you to the bone, unashamedly using up every hour of your nights and weekends... and they love, love, love to shoot down all your ideas whilst executing their poorly contrived ones The moment you challenge that you get called into a meeting. Oh and before I forget, they love their biannual reviews (a review every 6 months) this falls inline with their tight cult like control over you."
