"I did not encourage anyone to work there after spending a little time. within the company is so deep millions and millions of dollars wasted on the frivolous deeds for senior employees. I find it insulting for their abuse of the minimum wage or a career."

"I didn't like how even though our salon had the highest incoming customer rate and our haircuts were rated at 12 mins. We were constantly being pushed to sell to everyone that came thru the door."

"Make sure my employees knew that they are appreciated and not just a number."

"The suggestion that I have for SmartStyle is to have more regards for the stylist and listen to the input that the sylist have which could make it an even better place to work."
