"They give you the tools you need to do your job and they don't supervise you too closely, trusting you to get the job done. They have trusted me quite a bit considering the fact that I am an intern"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be friendly, everyone here is very friendly. I didn't have to answer many technical questions but they WILL ask some so be prepared to defend anything on your resume. If you are a developer, they will probably find one project you've worked on and focus their questions on that."

What don't you like about working at SMART Modular Technologies?

"There's not much I can say here, maybe there is too many managers and everyone is way too wrapped up in the process rather than the actual results"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think they would get better results if they were a little harder on their employees... not that I want to be yelled at or anything, but it seems way too acceptable for projects to not succeed here."
