"They kept changing the compensation and the routine all the time. You never felt comfortable and didnt know what to expect on a Monday knowing they cooked up some change over the weekend."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trust people to get their work done and be there when they need you. The CEO was never around and when he was he was always in our face to see what he missed and we could not work. Then would be upset we werent working."
