They spend so much time trying to preach how much they care, but then do everything they can to make sure their employees take hits in things like Insurance instead of them. I have seen many times where, when they have a chance to act on the people first mantra they spew, they do the exact opposite. I don't mind if a company does what's best for them, in fact I expect it, but be honest."
