Skip the Dishes Employee

"No benefits Too much power in customers hand while they’re being cheap because they want credit from restaurant or from the service like free delivery. I was recently sick with Covid and I got it from working and no compensation or nothing and I lost those two weeks of income I believe I probably have the best customer service record but sometimes it doesn't even carry any consideration with sum customers most of them are kind but a lot of times if the restaurant doesn’t pack things properly or forgets an item the driver is responsible some how. The driver get docked on his approval rating Another thing I feel very very bad about is if I’m delivering alcohol with food I have to bring the whole thing back and that makes me take another trip I get paid next to nothing like $2.00 dollars. For example let’s say the order is $10.00 dollars and the customer isn’t there then I only get $2.00 dollars and for that time mean time I’ve already lost the next order. And if it happens to be the last order of the evening then I lose not only time but also money for example this order to bring back and forth took 45 minutes and at the end of the 45 minutes I get only two dollars. It’s like I’m waiting for compensation I only get two dollars and that’s very disappointing. Pay more for returned orders compensate your couriers better and treat with more respect we don’t get benefits and there’s no cover when the customers just wants free food from Skip and there’s a lot of customers like that."
