1.8 They eat you up and spit you out!!! I worked 14-17 hours every day with as many as 21 days worked consecutively without a day off (because we were always short handed and extremely busy). I did that for almost 2 years and all our site did was destroy our revenue goals and set record for the whole company... and they brought in a new Regional Manager and he fired me without warning because he was jealous that our site had consistently outperformed his site for the last 2 years.
