"Be focused, determined, flexible with your work and attitude. The position can be a pleasant one if you work with your supervisors."

"Management was not clear on the direction they wanted to go and they did not support the supervisors in a consistant manner."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be proactive towards issues and goals. Work with the supervisors and make sure you communicate the direction you want the call center to go in."

"I loved almost everything about working for this company. I was allowed to do my job without being constantly micro-managed. Education opprotunities were encouraged."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask questions and find out how long people have been with the company. Many LONG time employees are experts at passing work off to others."

What don't you like about working at Sirva?

"Upper managment became a revolving door while I was there and most thought the rank and file were idiots. After a year without raises or bonuses upper management gave the rank and file minimal raises and played up the fact they received no raises. All the while, they continued the executive bonus program which started at 20 percent of salary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The executive management during my employment is no longer there due to a bankruptcy restructuring. So far, the new management appears to be doing well."
