"I worked for IT Services at SFU for almost 3 years. It was a part time student job but very technical. I was responsible for both office and lab duties. Office duties included providing support to classrooms and lecture halls for any technical difficulties as well audio/visual setups for events etc. Lab duties consisted of assisting students and faculty members with computer lab equipment such as printing services, wifi services and lab computer help."
