"The management and owner of Simms care about the employees. They never chastise people for mistakes that were made, and they make every attempt to boost morale. In addition, they keep us informed regarding sales goals, upcoming events, costs, and profits. Most importantly, they do not get overly concerned with "little things", such as an employee being late or needing to leave early! Our plant is air conditioned and clean. We have full access to a variety of Simms-owned kitchen appliances... we are all treated like family."
