What do you like about working at Siltronic?
"The people are great.Work life balance is excellent. I was able to pursue a bachelor's degree and make up my time throughout the week."
What don't you like about working at Siltronic?
"I would like to see more capital investment. Other sites are receiving new equipment or new facilities and I am concerned that the viability of the Portland site is in jeopardy if investment is not made there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Other sites have a vision for where we will be in the future. In fact, they plan 5 - 6 years out (2015 currently). If there is a plan for Portland, at least some of the details should be shared with the employees as there are many questions as to whether or not the site will even be operating then."
