"there are not formal processes about almost anything, HR doesn't communicate with employees."

"Define formal processes, monitor the management, have transparent communication with employees."

"I ended up joining in the bug-fixing fire-fighting mode rather than doing much of the expected learning or new development."

"The team needs to be grown to the right size to handle the backlog of problems and the new development. Get out of panic mode."
