"Open, friendly and outgoing is what's needed as an instructor."

What don't you like about working at Silicon Valley University?

"You MUST be there for your students. No long lunches to pay bills, no extended breaks for phone calls. And you pretty much have to have lunch off campus or students will barrage you with issues."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Give employees real information. I lost my job because you would not say that that was the consequence of not getting a BA by a specific date, or that it HAD to be accredited by a regional accrediting agency."
