"I presented several suggestions, one of them is the installation of a paging system which allows to locate anybody more efficiently."

"-Family Business work evironment,worked for the hispanic Market in US was priceless, learn about customer behavior of the hispanic customer in a new country, adapt marketing campaings for this time of market, the best reward I could say was to provide the best service and to help this specific customer who fight day by day to language barriers and adaptation to US system, creating products and services easy for them to identify with."

"-New Marketing ideas and Technologies are not welcome if investing is the key.-Usually new projects delay in the implementation for Executive decisions.( Family Owned) -Company is not open for innovation of new product as well as change or improvement of corporate identity"

"--In order to keep your company growing , you need to re invent yourself as a company and explore your possibilities in this constantly changing market of wire tranfers and finantial services."
