Gain a clear picture of the department's management style. When in encountering existing employees, try to gain a sense of their job satisfaction."

What don't you like about working at Signature Healthcare?

"Hospital is constantly on the brink of financial failure and closing its doors. Directorship is frequently, physically unavailable. Departments have significantly silo'd themselves to point it becomes politically difficult to accomplish some tasks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make management more accessible to staff. Realign departments in a more cooperative manner, and perhaps create cross departmental teams. Focus less on exploring and implementing efficiency programs and more on fixing real problems in the organization."
