Signature Healthcare at Home is a great place to expand if you are carry a nursing degree or practice as a physician. If you are looking to start somewhere, give Signature Healthcare at Home an opportunity."

There are no benefits, but my supervisor has always been very helpful while explaining directions. Pay is a little more than minimum wage but all expected with part time hours that you can pick your self (Am or PM). I would rate Signature health care 4/5 Stars."

"Be sure to gain a clear understanding of organization and department goals. Try to understand the current state of financial efficacy before commit to a position. Gain a clear picture of the department's management style. When in encountering existing employees, try to gain a sense of their job satisfaction."

"Hospital is constantly on the brink of financial failure and closing its doors. Directorship is frequently, physically unavailable. Departments have significantly silo'd themselves to point it becomes politically difficult to accomplish some tasks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make management more accessible to staff. Realign departments in a more cooperative manner, and perhaps create cross departmental teams. Focus less on exploring and implementing efficiency programs and more on fixing real problems in the organization."

"My boss was difficult to work for, and also the smells of the nursing home."

"To make sure the environment has a good smell and to properly train employees."

"Signature Hell Care! Poor management with lack of experience. High turnover. Employees are treated like we were stupid, or ignorant. The know it all is at corporate. No justice, nor dignifying treatment to regular employees."

"They will promise you everything you ask for and then some and will be nice to you until they have hired you and then they turn. They also require you to work overtime and not get paid for it."

"They are not organized and the supervisors would be the first ones to throw us under the bus"
