"This hospital has a lot of broken policies and needs a lot of improvement. I would not take my family member or myself to this organization for health care. The hospital census is dropping because people are traveling 80 miles to Tucson for care. The moral is low and patient satisfaction is low. The average wait time in the ED is 3 hours or more. This was not a good place to work and that is why I decided to move on."
