"Good work if you can keep it. The rank and file people are excellent to support, but the IT Management team applies discipline and terminations in a haphazard and non-equal manner."
"I have worked at Sierra Trading Post for the last year and a half. Overall it's not bad, there is great work life balance, and everyone is continually trying to improve. Also benefits are probably better then average. The bad is the compensation I feel it is at the very low end of average. Another negative is there are almost no options for career advancement."
