2.8 I have worked at Sierra Trading Post for the last year and a half. Overall it's not bad, there is great work life balance, and everyone is continually trying to improve. Also benefits are probably better then average. The bad is the compensation I feel it is at the very low end of average. Another negative is there are almost no options for career advancement.

3.9 Good work if you can keep it. The rank and file people are excellent to support, but the IT Management team applies discipline and terminations in a haphazard and non-equal manner.
