"Not much growth opportunity, just because it is an educational based job with the budget right now."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Administration will give you the interview questions 30 minutes before the interview so you have time to think about answers and write them down on paper. Be prepared for a group or panel interview of at least 5 personnel from different departments."

What don't you like about working at Sierra College?

"No benefits for adjuncts. LGBTQ agenda is being shoved down our throats."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I was only evaluated 3 times in 12 years. It would be nice to receive feedback more often, and get complimented more frequently:)"
