Fire the operations manager. He has caused enough problems and done nothing but cast doubt over the good name of the convention center. Stop being so paranoid. Encourage the employees who want to do a good job and make a name for themselves after-all if they look good the convention center looks good. Have the sales team train with the event management team. Not enough communication going on there. No need for the food and beverage manager position. Event managers should schedule F&B or vice versa. Get some management training for the mid-level management so they know how to manage professionally. The General Manager manager is spineless.
