"The company seems to be going toward a downward spiral. Many talented engineers are leaving the organization and we are bringing in mostly junior level engineers. The benefits are mediocre at best. High premium and deductible for the health plans, the 401k matching is the lowest I had ever seen and the monthly lunch is not much to boast about."
