Shooters World Employee

"There are positives at Shooters World. The customers are exceptionally good to be helping nearly all of the time. Very few are problems and extremely few are real problems. You can have really positive interactions with people if you enjoy doing so and enjoy helping people. There are some great fellow employees too. However: The lead levels are so high that at least two employees have very elevated levels (about 5 times normal,) One had the elevation occur in only a matter of months. The air filtration system is not maintained. The backstops are not maintained. The employee turnover is so high that of a staff of 10 range cashiers, not one has been there 3 months as of the date of writing. This is from what sort of supervisors they have. One is a 20 year old on her first job with no previous firearm experience, another had no previous firearms experience yet somehow is rangemaster. It's not a serious business in how it's run and if you're serious, this company is not for you."
