"I loved the customers! Loved working there except I did not make my quota of customers to sign up for shoe perks. I was pressured by Management. Management accused me of insubordination. I never refused to sign customers up. The customers didn’t like being pressured. I’m not pushy. I was looked down on by Management so I quit. Management is heartless. This store has a very large turnover of employees. Employees work very hard. Managers on the other hand mainly stand around and discuss their personal problems. Never really praise employees."
