"I've worked with Shipt since 2014. Shipt is still a young company but has changed drastically over the past 6 years. From an exciting fledgling startup with long working hours to a more regulated corporate business, Shipt has become better but lost some charm along the way. There have been many changes that are good but in reaching those changes Shipt sometimes acts too broadly and aims for the average person instead of the individual. If you build to accept the average person you inherently don't fit almost anyone."
