"I enjoy working hard, and giving my all, that is my goal with everything that I do."

"Be yourself and work hard. Just with any job, when you are learning something new it might be overwhelming, but it will come and with hard work and a lot of effort on your part, you can succeed."
What don't you like about working at Rite Aid?
"I don't like the "he said, she said" stuff, I don't get involved with all that kind of stuff, I'm very peaceful."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think we all need to work as a team to make anything better, being on one page, to improve the company is always good."
What do you like about working at CVS?
"I like the fact that I get to be on my feet and that the healthcare at CVS Pharmacy is above average for the type of work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If applying for a cashier job make sure you are very friendly and outgoing. If applying for a shift supervisor make sure you come in being personable and polite."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"There are long hours for your low salary and I had to work every single holiday, Its very hard to get time off and work/ life balance is somewhat hard to manage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Would make sure the every employee felt valued and made sure that promises that were made were kept. Furthermore, time off would be given and be given fairly for family life would not be ruined! Note to CVS, no one shops CVS on Thanksgiving or Christmas, no reason why upper management have it off and make store staff work terrible hours!"

"they gave me a chance to move up to a supervisor postion"

"no its hot dirty work hard manual labor and you will work alot of overtime"
What don't you like about working at Presrite?
"manegment was to contradicting they eould say the whanted it on way then yell at you to do it another way"

"treat employees better stop liying to employees stop yelling at employees"

"All the grease on the floor and know matter what you did the grease just stay on the floor."

"Find a better way to get the grease up thank you."

"It's employee-first attitude. Great tools to get the job done. Part time benefits. Top-notch health standards."

"Just to always have a positive attitude about whatever they decide to do. Be prepared for a vast range of personalities, and rewarding but long shifts."
What don't you like about working at Starbucks?
"Wide range of hours - 4am-10pm, job responsibilities. Overall monotony of the job, feeling as if we are doing the exact same thing everyday."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To empower the baristas a bit more. Give them responsibilities that allow them to develop into shift supervisors and managers, and don't just wait for someone to show up for such a role."

"I like meeting and interacting with my customers. I like the variety of tasks and being able to move around."

"Be positive about yourself. Have a reasonable but firm starting salary in mind. They will pay you as little as possible. Annual raises are in the 10 cent/hour range."
What don't you like about working at CVS?
"I don't enjoy the low pay and irregular hours. Good employee programs but very bad at giving employees time and info needed to use them."

"Scary to think how much money this company could make if they would implement LEAN, cut waste, and upgrade IT."

"Be confident, and give honest answers to the questions you are asked."

"I work third shift with one other person, and we a re expected to get everything done on top of taking care of customers."

"Give third shift more help. this would lighten the stress on the people who work at that time."

"The good pace of business. This location is fairly slow most days.but can be very busy"

"Make sure to prove you are good at all tasks needed be quick learner and listen and be sure to follow guidlines set."
What don't you like about working at Arby's?
"Pay is not as competitive for amount of work needed to complete a day especially when closing when everything must be inventoried, people served employees get breaks, and store gets cleaned and all things done correctly some days is very overwhelming and frustrating."

"Not much needs done maybe some menu choices need improved or dropped due to fast food needs to be fast and some items just take to long to cook to order."

"I didn't like the fact that some weeks during off seasons when school is on break there was not enough hours to go around."

"On call, my responsibility exceeded my authority, I worked in a management capacity without the title."

"Perform a bottom up evaluation. Many of the major issues and inefficient use of resources can be easily solved. The people best suited to do this are not in the position to do so."
