"What I loved the most was being able to really be there for my fellow co-workers. Aside from that I was able to put a constant smile on my customers' faces. I am great with customers but to some managers in the company they believe that customers don't always come first, it is in fact the money making that does."

"Flexible schedule, if you need a day off most of the time you get it; also has good vacation hours."

"The pay is minimal and your hours will eventually be cut, so only interview if you're ok with that."

"I dislike that CVS cut store hours every year and now everyone is always mad. People blame others for not getting their work done. They are constantly finding ways to make things more difficult for their employees."

"You need to stop fussing about the little things and say thank you every once in awhile."

"it was nice till the original owner decided to sell it was bought by 6 managers who did not do a good job of showing gratitude for hard work and dedication"

"get to know your employees personally show true care of there well being and listen to there suggestions"

"nothing, no leadership or vision, good old boys club very active"

"donw work there!!!, don't believe anything they tell you in interview, especially any raises you might get"

"everything favoritism was very active, bonus put out of our reach"

"need new management, start over, clean house get rid of all of them"

What do you like about working at Wendy's?
"I liked how they could work around any schedule because at the time I started in high school and continued a few semesters in college and I was always able to still work my 40 hours."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"To interview with this company again just be yourself and be willing to work crazy hours."
What don't you like about working at Wendy's?
"How impersonal the company was itself. No matter what you did it was never good enough. No matter how fast you could do a job it was not fast enough. I also worked there for four years and the company was always finding ways around giving employee raises. When I was promoted to crew trainer there was nothing in return and when I was promoted to a shift manager they tried saying you couldn't get a raise when all other promotions got raises."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To care for their employees and not treat them like they don't care. The owners sat in their office and didn't really do anything except yell at the stores when something went wrong, when the situation could have been handled by them way beforehand."
What do you like about working at Starbucks?
"There's a great team of people; I know the job inside out."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Find something else. Or (if you're desperate) take the job, give them what they want, (a robot with a big smile and no brain) then abandon them as soon as you find something new - don't leave it too long or you'll get stuck."
What don't you like about working at Starbucks?
"Monotonous; repetitive. Don't feel like I'm progressing, learning anything new or getting anywhere in life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I wouldn't be expecting the staff to bend over backwards for the company - they don't care. Also wouldn't expect them to work weekends when I'm not ready to do it."

"I have the freedom to run my shift without micro-managing."

"Keep a clipboard handy... you'll need it to keep up with the changes."

"New procedures weekly... attempting to do the right thing, but going about it the wrong way."

"Knee-jerk reaction without proper investigating can make things worse. The hourly's are losing confidence."
