"I got fired for a stupid reason, but it is still a good place to work."
"I've worked with Valspar / Sherwin Williams Company for approximately 17 years. The initial job was on the production floor as a production employee for the first 2 years. The following 13 years I became a QC Laboratory employee. Then I took some time off from the company to open my auto repair business. The company called me to apply for the QC Laboratory Supervisor position. I was chosen and accepted the position. Things started out good when the company was still Valspar. After Sherwin Williams bought them out, things began to change for the worse and eventually I left the company on bad terms."
"Sherwin Williams is a strong company, though I thought it was time for a career change."
"I worked for Sherwin-Williams for over five years, from 2015-2021. I had good working relationships with all of my co-workers, as well as the clientele. The store was relatively busy, which gave me good opportunities to learn the ins and the outs of the paint business. I found little prospect of positional growth in the company, however, so I departed, while maintaining a positive rapport with management."
"Sherwin is good at promoting within"
"It’s a okay job I have couldn’t ask for better."
