Developer

"I've worked for SW for over a decade now, I started as a co-op. It was a great entry level opportunity and I figured I would be promoted once I graduated. I got hired as an entry level software developer, however, there was no promotion after I got my degree in Computer Science. Furthermore, despite getting reviews of exceeds expectations for 6 years in a row the company has yet to promote me to even a mid level developer. Overall SW does not pay competitive salaries."

"It's absolutely the worst place I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to work at. The higher-ups have no clue what is happening at store-level and allow their managers to burn their stores to the ground."
