"I have worked for SF Dental Partners since March 2018. I have learned so much from managing a much larger practice compared to my previous office. The company has a lot of growth potential. However, I have been having issues with management in implementing new protocols. My management style is different than my boss/owner. There are procedures and protocols that aren't being followed by staff members due to a lack of accountability."
