"Internal politics, and sometimes time taken by senior management to arrive at decisions."

"Keep bureaucracy minimum & empower people to excel. But these were minimum."

"Shell is a global company and sometimes it feels impersonal."

"Not much, upper management strives to live by the policies."

"I worked for Shell and found it to be a phenomenal place to work. The training for product and project management is great and they really do care for people. Safety is also paramount and not just something they say to sound good but they actually care about the people that work for them."
