"I like all of my job, the work is challenging and rewarding knowing I put a quality product out there for our customers. The only part I don't like is the shifts, I work rotating shifts, every couple of days, (1. 1st shift, 2. 2nd shift, and 3. 3rd shift ) for 7 days and then 2 off. The 3 days are whatever you work on that given weekend. So not only do I work all 3 shifts each week they also rotate how many of which shift you work, with once a month having a 3 day weekend."

"The pay at BMS is decent for the work we do. I started as a press operator at $10.00 a hour and after a few years and getting promotions I'm now paid $15.85 a hour as the other set up techs can make up to $22.00 a hour plus overtime. So I don't think that its right I do the same work as other set up techs and make way less."
