"Now is not the best time due to drawdown of company contracts with the US government."

"Nothing I wish to mention. They seem to have things in control. It's just the economy for them now."

"Nothing that would be pertinent to improving the company. No gripes or misgivings except that the layoff happens. Too bad."

"Was a very challenging and rewarding place to work. Custom work allowed for working on something new almost every project."

"Do not exaggerate your abilities just to get a position. The small size of the company requires that every person be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with no one to take over your duties should you fail to complete them in a timely manner. You must be professional, work hard, and quickly adapt to changes as they come. Since it is custom work, everyday is something new and requires employees to know what they are doing."

"Long hours, lots of travel, and instability in your job due to the small size of the company"

"The management is great at SES, Inc unfortunately due to no fault of their own. Their customer base dwindled."
