"Servpro has been good to me allowing me to work with them while I was in school. I love the work, but often it seems that the company only is about making money. Often we are paid by insurance companies and often this allows greater compensation outside of normal working hours, but the company does not pay the employees any of this. Constantly we are buying new equipment and growing the business, but the employees do not see any of this."

"I would recommend asking questions in detail about the job you are interviewing for. I would also recommend reviewing the employee handbook in order to get a better understanding of the company and its policies."

"There isn't room for job growth or advancement in this company. The company is lacking in employee relations and benefit packages."

"I would suggest developing an employee benefits package in order to maintain good employee relations and to help keep employees at the company long term."
