"The company uses skill-based testing for all IT employees. Expect to spend at least 3-hours on these on the web and over the phone. It's also common for there to be 3+ interviews before hiring."

What don't you like about working at Taos?

"The company is unorganized and is inefficient and resources on internal politics and favouritism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on building relationships with employees, growing them as people and value their time, effort, and input."
