What don't you like about working at Johnson Machinery?

"I would still be working at Johnson Machinery, but unfortunatly the heavy equipment industry is not doing good. I was hired at the peek of the economy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They have reduced the staff by half. They are not in demand as they once where. This hit home to me, but there hanging on."
