"The company is expanding and the upper management lacks the knowledge and procedures to adequately fill the needs of the employee."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management needs to understand the needs of the employees and learn to work with them instead of against them. Less Micro management needs to occur to move along process."

What do you like about working at IBM?
"IBM had great human resources (brilliant teammates) and a fair work-life balance (most of the time)."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What don't you like about working at IBM?
"Annual bonuses and cash awards became fewer and lesser, although performance improved and skill-sets grew. Some days you really didn't feel appreciated for being a team player and a top performer. The LEAN initiative managed to trim away some of our brightest people, leaving the dead wood - not the other way around."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go back to the Lou Gerstner business model. Lou understood that IBM was all about its PEOPLE RESOURCES, not just job-cost."
